About these terms
This website is operated by ARCEXI LTD, using the name ARCEXI. We provide everyday hairdressing for men, women and children. These terms explain how our website may be used and how its service information should be understood. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Browsing the website does not book an appointment, create an account or make a purchase. Any arrangement for a hairdressing service is discussed directly with us. Specific information agreed with you about that service, including its scope and price, forms part of that arrangement. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Website information
The website introduces our salon, hairdressing services, guide prices and contact details. Availability is confirmed directly; an invitation to call or email does not mean a particular appointment time is free.
If a detail appears inconsistent, contact us before making an arrangement. We will explain the current position and correct a material error. Information you reasonably rely on when agreeing a service may have legal effect.
The website has no online payment or booking facility. Please do not send payment card details or sensitive documents by email in response to website content.
Our hairdressing services
Our focus is straightforward hairdressing: haircuts, clipper cuts, wash and cut services, wash, cut and finish services, blow-dries, fringe trims and children’s cuts. A service description outlines the usual purpose of that appointment. The exact work should be discussed and agreed with your hairdresser before it begins.
A fringe trim concerns the fringe rather than a full restyle. A cut and finish includes a haircut and styling finish; a blow-dry is a wash and styling appointment without a haircut unless separately agreed. If unsure which option suits you, explain your current hair and preferred result when contacting us.
Do not assume that a service, treatment or specialist technique is available merely because it is commonly offered elsewhere. Ask us directly about anything not described on this website.
Guide prices & agreed quotations
Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and are intended as a guide. Where a price is described as “from”, it indicates a starting point for the stated service rather than a fixed price for every head of hair. The agreed work, hair length, density and time required can affect the final quote.
We will explain the price for your chosen service before treatment starts. If extra work is suggested, its scope and cost should be discussed and agreed before it is added. You can ask questions or decide against an optional addition. There is no obligation to accept a change that has not been agreed.
A later website price update does not automatically change a price already agreed for an appointment. Ask about accepted payment methods when arranging your visit. These terms do not introduce an online deposit, a subscription or a cancellation charge.
Enquiries & appointment arrangements
Contact us by telephone or email to ask about services, prices and appointment availability. Please provide enough information to understand what you would like, together with a suitable way to reply. An unanswered call, sent email or automated delivery notification does not by itself confirm a booking.
An appointment is arranged when we have agreed its details with you. Check the date, time, service and quoted price. Tell us promptly if something is unclear or incorrect. Email replies are not an instant messaging service.
If you contact us for someone else, make sure you have their permission and can accurately communicate the relevant arrangements. We may need to discuss the haircut directly with the person receiving it, or with a responsible adult where appropriate.
Changing or missing a visit
If you need to change an appointment or are running late, contact us as soon as you reasonably can. We can then discuss available options. A late arrival may mean there is insufficient time for the original service, so a revised service or another appointment may need to be agreed.
If we need to change an arrangement, we will use the contact details provided to explain and discuss an alternative. A replacement time is subject to agreement and availability. We do not claim a right to make a material change to your booked service without discussing it with you.
These website terms do not impose a fixed notice period, automatic missed-appointment fee or blanket loss of payment. Any additional appointment condition would need to be made clear before an arrangement is made and must be fair and lawful.
Consultation & suitability
Please explain the length, shape and finish you have in mind. Reference pictures can help a conversation, but the same style can look different depending on hair texture, growth patterns and previous cuts. We will discuss a practical approach rather than promise an identical result to a photograph.
Tell your hairdresser about a known product sensitivity or other issue relevant to the service, sharing only what is necessary. You do not need to email a medical history. If a proposed service appears unsuitable or cannot be carried out safely, we will discuss the concern and appropriate options before proceeding.
You can ask us to pause if you are uncomfortable or unsure about the agreed work. Home styling advice is general hair care guidance, not medical advice. A concern about a scalp or health condition should be discussed with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Children & family visits
A parent or responsible adult should arrange a child’s appointment and be available to discuss the haircut and give any necessary permission. Tell us if a child may need a little extra time or a calmer explanation, so we can discuss what is practical for their visit.
Hairdressing uses sharp tools and electrical equipment. Children need appropriate supervision, and a haircut may need to pause if safe work is not possible. We will discuss the situation with the accompanying adult. Please ask about a particular age or requirement when arranging the visit rather than assuming a service category applies.
Responsible use of the website
You may use this website to read about ARCEXI and contact us for legitimate enquiries. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to systems, introduce malicious code or use the published contact details for abusive or unlawful communications.
We may temporarily restrict access where needed for maintenance, security or a technical problem. We aim to provide a useful working site, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access on every device or network. If the site is unavailable, the published telephone number and email address remain alternative ways to contact us.
Content, images & external links
The site’s writing, brand artwork and design are owned by us or used with appropriate permission. You may view the pages and save a copy for your own reference. Reusing the design or content commercially requires permission from the relevant rights holder. This does not prevent uses allowed by law.
Visuals communicate the style and subject of the website. They should not be understood as a guarantee of a particular haircut result or as a promise about a named member of staff. Service decisions should follow a conversation about your own hair and the work agreed.
External links, including Google Maps directions, lead to independently operated services. Check their own terms, privacy notices and current information. A map route is a convenience; travel conditions and route availability are outside our control.
Your rights & raising a concern
We aim to carry out agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Your statutory rights remain in place, including any remedies available where a service fails to meet the standards required by law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you are unhappy with a service or website information, contact us with the appointment details, a clear explanation of the concern and how we can respond. We will consider the circumstances and discuss an appropriate resolution. We do not make every complaint subject to an arbitrary short deadline or require you to give up legal rights.
Further information about statutory service standards is available in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may seek independent advice if a concern remains unresolved.
General provisions & updates
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in this wording takes away a consumer’s entitlement to bring proceedings in a court available to them under applicable law. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, that does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.
We may update these website terms as information or website functions change. The date above identifies the version published here. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or alter a service arrangement already agreed with you. For questions about these terms, email [email protected], call +44 7732 726119 or write to the address above.
